AM Snack: 1 hard-boiled egg with 1/2 cup of fruit (low GI)
Lunch: Chicken salad ( w/ green leafy veggies)
PM Snack: 1/2 an apple with 2 tablespoons of almond butter ( peanut butter or nuts)
Dinner: Healthy dinner plus a high-quality multivitamin, and fish oil
20-30 minutes of movement daily, your choice (walking, yoga, biking, etc.)
